First off, let me just say this is quite possibly one of the best things I have ever had. I was inspired by a fellow foodie on instagram to make this and boy am I glad I did. The saltiness of the cashew butter pairs wonderfully with the mocha flavors making this a delicious treat that you will want to just eat by the spoonful.

Mocha cream cashew butter – makes about 8 oz
8 oz cashew butter
1 scoop Jamie Eason lean body for her vanilla protein powder
1 scoop Jamie Eason lean body for her chocolate protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp olive oil (or another oil of choice)
1 tbsp instant coffee grounds
couple spoonfuls cacao nibs (optional but adds a great crunch to the texture)
optional handful amber lyn chocolate almonds
1. Combine all ingredients except cacao nibs and amber lyn chocolate almonds and blend until smooth and creamy (about 5 minutes).
2. Add in a handful of cacao nibs and mix with a spoon until well incorporated. Transfer to a small jar and top off with a few of the chocolate almonds. Enjoy!
