Halloween ghost pancakes

ghost pancakes

I decided to start my Halloween morning off right with a nice little stack of spooktacular pancakes! I used my kodiak cakes pancake mix to make some protein packed pancakes then topped them off with a cute little ghost complete with chocolate features.

Halloween ghost pancakes – makes 4 pancakes (2 servings)

– 1 cup kodiak cakes protein pancake mix
– 1 cup water
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
– mini chocolate chips or a couple pieces chocolate broken into small pieces (I used amber lyn chocolates)

combine first 3 ingredients to make your pancakes. cook you pancakes as you normally would then set aside to let cool. Spoon your greek yogurt into a plastic bag, cut off one corner of the bag, and swirl your greek yogurt on top of your pancakes into a ghost shape. Place 2 pieces of chocolate for the eyes an one for the mouth. Drizzle with maple syrup or chocolate sauce (baking cocoa + water) and any other desired toppings. enjoy
