Makes 2

Bottom layer
– 1 tbsp cooked quinoa
– 1 tbsp coconut milk
– 1 tbsp baking cocoa
– sweetener to taste

Combine ingredients and mix well. Layer into 2 cupcake molds and freeze while you prepare your top layer:

Top layer
– 1 tbsp cooked quinoa
– 1 tbsp coconut milk
– 1 tbsp powdered pb (or regular peanut butter)
– optional sweetener to taste

Combine ingredients then layer on top of your bottom layer. Regular peanut butter works better in these so if you use powdered pb, be sure to add a little sweetener.

Freeze until solid. Enjoy
