I’ve been a little obsessed with my myoatmeal oats (and my sweet spreads that I won in a food competition a few months ago) so I’ve been putting them into just about everything I make.
These bites are basically a combination of all of my favorite food items at the moment; myoatmeal oats, sweet spreads, and SO Delicious! I am also excited to say that these bites are dairy free, gluten free, and vegan. MyOatmeal oats has recently announced that they’re oatmeal flavors are all vegan, nongmo, and gluten free. Remember, if you want to order your own myoatmeal oats or pblean, be sure to use the code “capp15” for 15% off your order!
Coconut glazed maple filled donut holes – dairy free, vegan, gluten free

– 1/4 cup Bavarian cream flavored pblean**
– 1/2-3/4 cup softened dates
– 1/2 cup almonds
– 1/3 cup maple pancakes @sweetspreads***
– 1/2 cup @so_delicious unsweetened vanilla cultured coconut milk yogurt
– coconut sugar
*Feel free to sub in regular oats
**Feel free to sub in powdered peanut butter
*** Although the maple pancake coconut spread works fabulously in this recipe, you can switch it out for whatever you have on hand.
NOTE: Although you can make the above substitutions int his recipe, I can’t guarantee the end product will taste the same so feel free to experiment.
Combine ingredients and process until mixture starts to clump together. Roll out a little of the mixture and spoon a little sweeet spreads into the center. Roll the mixture around the sweet spreads and form into a ball or donut hole. Once all of your mixture is made into donut holes, roll each ball into your yogurt then sprinkle with coconut sugar. Freeze for st least 20 minutes to let it set. Enjoy.
