MyOatmeal: Hummingbird cake with Bavarian cream frosting

I had some of my hummingbird oats leftover from my first MyOatmeal order as well as my bavarian cream pblean so I made a mini hummingbird cake with bavarian cream “frosting”. This is a great treat you can have for dessert or even breakfast!

Hummingbird cake with Bavarian cream frosting

– 1/2 cup myoatmeal hummingbird oats
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 3/4 cup almond milk
– couple spoonfuls chia seeds

Combine ingredients and Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Set aside and let cool. Prepare frosting:

– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 1 spoonful Bavarian cream pb lean
– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
– splash almond milk

Combine ingredients and mix well. Add the milk until you get a frosting consistency. Do not make it too watery otherwise it won’t spread well on the cake. Cut your cake in half and spread a thin layer of frosting on the bottom half. Replace the top half and frost the rest of the cake. Top with mulberries.
