Storybookapothecary gave me the idea for this simple and tasty treat.
This recipe is so simple I don’t even know if it can really count as a real recipe.
This recipe is for a single serving so obviously adjust if you have more mouths to feed
ingredients
- 1/2 cup 100% fruit juice (I used apple juice)
- handful of fruit of choice (I used blueberries and peaches)
directions
Pour your 1/2 cup fruit juice into a freezer safe container. Add your fruit. Throw the container into the freezer for about an hour before inserting a stick to use as your holder. Continue freezing for another few hours so it fully hardens. Enjoy your low calorie, healthy treat
